Swing at Sneinton Festival 2012 Tonight
As part of Sneinton Festival 2012 (30 June to 8 July) Sneinton Hermitage are hosting an International Food Evening TONIGHT (4 July) and they’ve asked me to come along and play some swing music to keep everyone entertained as they dig in at the outdoor BBQ or hang out indoors at the other great food stalls.

Sneinton Hermitage Tea Party Cancelled :-(
Sad news folks… The Sneinton Hermitage Tea Party is definitely cancelled on Tuesday 5 June, which is a big shame, however I’m sure you’ll all find lots of lovely other things to do instead; it’s the Queen’s Jubillee you know? There’s lots going on :-)

2 weeks ago now we all made a great start learning the Tranky Doo, however assuming that memories may not be what they once were, I’ll be starting teaching the routine from the beginning again tonight.

Sunday 15 April - Sneinton classes and Live Jive...
Lindy Hop classes are back this week in the Old School Hall, Windmill Lane, Sneinton from 5.30pm for FUNdamentals and 6:30pm for More Rhythms and Patterns. Finishing at 7:30/8:00pm today so that we can all head off and enjoy the Live Jive Social Dance with Benny Lee and The Whistle Stop 5 at The Grange Hall, Vicarage Lane, Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham, NG12 2FB.
No classes in Sneinton this Easter Weekend
Just a reminder that as it’s Easter Bank Holiday weekend there are no classes in Sneinton this Sunday 8 April (Lindy Hop) and Monday 9 April (Solo Jazz). So, see you all next week and Happy Easter!
